Prices
- All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
- Most products have three quantity prices: Retail (1 to 4 pcs), Wholesale (5 pcs or more) and Bulk (11 pcs or more).
- The Bulk price is only for registered suppliers approved by Core X Lanka. We may approve or decline a supplier application, and may remove supplier pricing from an account at any time.
- Quantity prices apply per product, based on the total quantity of that product in one order.
- Laptop prices depend on the RAM, storage and warranty options you choose.
- Prices can change without notice. The price shown in your cart when you place the order is the price you pay.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the order. If you already paid, we refund you in full.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are shipped after payment is received, unless you choose cash on delivery where available.
Delivery
We deliver island wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. Times are estimates and may change due to courier delays, weather or public holidays. You can also choose free store pickup.
Warranty
Warranty periods depend on the product and brand and are shown on the product page where they apply. Used and refurbished laptops include a 3 month warranty, with an optional 9 month extension. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or repairs done by others.

Product information
We try to show products accurately. Colours and packaging may look slightly different from photos. Sample images are for illustration.
Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, as far as Sri Lankan law allows.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Colombo.
